We do not have a personal check in. We have an individual method to make you enter the flat on your own.
We are reachable via telephone between 9am and 8pm every day of the year. We do not have an onsite reception.
You will be charged 10% right after your booking. If you cancel your booking in less than 7 days before your arrival you will be charged the full amount.
We accept all major credit cards, SEPA transfers and PayPal.
You could ask for a free late checkout anytime before your confirmed booking.
Your deposit will be refunded as soon as you check out and no damages inside the flat are observed.
